What you'll do
- Prepare coffee and other drinks
- Know our drinks and where our coffee comes from
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized
- Stock milk, syrups, cups and lids
- Set up and clean equipment as trained
- Talk with your coworkers to keep orders moving

- Arrives on time, keeps their availability up to date in Square, and clocks in and out accurately
- Gives welcoming, efficient and consistent service
- Follows our procedures for orders, payments, discounts and comps
- Keeps a professional appearance and good personal hygiene
- Follows food safety practices and completes the required food safety course
- Keeps their area clean, organized and stocked through the shift
- Supports coworkers and stays productive when it's slow
- Reports injuries, unsafe conditions and equipment problems to a manager right away
